Unmasking Through a Jungian Lens: Creative Approaches for Neurodivergent Clients

Course Overview:

Unmasking Through a Jungian Lens is a transformative six-week course designed for therapists, coaches, and mental health professionals who want to deepen their understanding of neurodivergence and apply Jungian concepts to support their clients’ journeys of self-discovery. This course integrates creative methodologies, including art, storytelling, and metaphor, with trauma-informed strategies to help neurodivergent individuals navigate unmasking, individuation, and self-integration.

Through a combination of:

  • theory

  • practical tools

  • and hands-on exercises

  • peer community access with weekly prompts and check-ins

  • 1:1 supervision with Polly (1h) included in price

you’ll explore the key Jungian concepts of archetypes, shadow work, and individuation. You’ll learn how to harness these tools in both one-to-one and group settings, adapting them to create a safe, empowering environment for neurodivergent clients.

Whether you’re working with clients in the early stages of identity exploration, supporting them through the complexities of self-acceptance, or guiding them towards greater emotional regulation, this course provides both the insight and creative techniques to facilitate profound, lasting change.

By the end of the course, you'll be equipped with a deeper understanding of neurodivergence, a toolkit of creative methods to engage your clients, and the confidence to support their authentic self-expression and integration.
